Trying to get my life on track. Better now then later right?
Lost another pound!! 157.2lbs this morning! Total of 15lbs since I started!!!
Drinking a ton of water definitely helps!
Ran for 10mins on the treadmill today between 5-5.7. Walked the other 20mins. Also did the eliptical for 30mins and some leg work outs for about 20mins.
I’ve been stuck between 160-158lbs for the past few weeks. But I’ve also been eating junk and drinking quite a bit on the weekends. Trying to eat healthier this week and not drink much. Lets see how this works!
